Infant Teacher We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment while supporting each infant's individual routine, needs, and developmental milestones. The ideal candidate enjoys working with babies and understands that infants learn and grow through responsive caregiving, movement, exploration, play, and positive interactions. Responsibilities Provide nurturing, attentive, and responsive care throughout the day. Engage infants in developmentally appropriate activities such as tummy time, sensory experiences, reading, singing, and floor play. Encourage physical, cognitive, language, social, and emotional development. Follow each infant's individual feeding, sleeping, and diapering routine. Maintain accurate daily records for bottles, meals, naps, diaper changes, and activities. Observe infants and support their individual developmental progress and milestones. Follow safe sleep, diapering, sanitation, and classroom safety procedures. Maintain active supervision and ensure the safety of infants at all times. Keep toys, equipment, care areas, and the classroom clean and organized. Maintain professional and consistent communication with parents and guardians. Develop positive relationships with infants, families, and coworkers. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to provide consistent, high-quality care. Qualifications &

• Skills

• Previous infant childcare experience preferred. Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices. Understanding of infant feeding, diapering, safe sleep, sanitation, and safety practices. Patient, nurturing, attentive, and reliable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to individual infant cues and needs. Ability to maintain a calm, organized, and loving infant classroom.
