Toddler Teacher We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and understands the unique developmental needs of toddlers. The Toddler Teacher will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while supporting children as they develop language, independence, social-emotional skills, motor skills, and early learning concepts through play and daily routines. Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, including stories, music, art, sensory play, movement, and hands-on learning. Support early learning concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, language, and vocabulary. Encourage independence and age-appropriate self-help skills. Support children through daily routines and classroom transitions. Use positive guidance techniques to help toddlers develop appropriate behaviors, communication skills, and emotional regulation. Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, nap time, toileting/diapering, and outdoor play. Observe children's development and communicate progress or concerns appropriately. Maintain accurate daily records as required. Communicate professionally with parents and guardians. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Maintain active supervision and ensure the health and safety of children at all times. Follow center policies and applicable childcare licensing requirements. Qualifications &

• Previous toddler or childcare experience preferred. Understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate practices. Patient, nurturing, energetic, and dependable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain a positive and organized classroom environment. Ability to keep up with the physical and active nature of caring for toddlers.

$15.15 - $15.35 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
