We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Write and implement weekly curriculum plans that support children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and creative development Plan engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with early learning standards and children's interests Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Support children's social-emotional growth through responsive guidance and relationship-based teaching practices Maintain consistent classroom routines and structure while honoring the importance of exploration and child-led learning Observe and assess children's progress and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with administration and teaching teams to uphold NAEYC and Quality First standards Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance Participate in ongoing professional development and school events Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required Previous preschool teaching experience required (1 year minimum) Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to create engaging curriculum and adapt to children's individual needs Passion for play-based learning and social-emotional education CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must meet all state licensing requirements What We Believe At Satori, we believe preschool should be a place where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
