Duties:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for the classroom. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants & children to learn and grow. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors. Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and storytelling. Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Requirements:

Completion of Child Development Units/Credits (Minimum of 6 units enrolled or completed, but 12 units enrolled or completed is preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or infants Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one, employer will provide the cost for fees) Ability to pass a background clearance check and criminal history report Either have proof of your Clearance ID # for the Fingerprint Scan or be willing to pay the cost to have it completed Join our team of dedicated educators who are passionate about providing quality care to children between the ages of 0-6 years old.
