About Us Little Sprouts Learning Center is a warm, nature-based preschool rooted in hands-on learning, community, and care. Our program blends early childhood education with a homestead-inspired approach including gardening, baking, outdoor exploration, and practical life skills. We are looking for a loving, dependable, and motivated Preschool Teacher / Teacher Aide to join our supportive and close-knit team. Position Overview This role supports the lead teachers and director in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities Supporting children with routines, transitions, and social-emotional development Helping with classroom setup, cleaning, and organization Assisting with lesson prep, art projects, and hands-on activities Supervising children indoors and outdoors Stepping in as a substitute when available Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive learning environment Schedule Regular schedule: Monday and Friday | 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Additional hours available Ability to sub when needed is a must.
