Signing Bonus:
This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,500, paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days of employment, and $1,000 after 6 months of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings. Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant programs provide a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported. As an Infant Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:- Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child's individual needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
- Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school's commitment to excellence. Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old, have an awarded high school diploma or
GED, AND
have one of the following: ◦ Completed 12 Core Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units, including 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units OR ◦ An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.- A minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
