To always maintain State Licensed ratio. 2. To take full responsibility in arriving to work at the scheduled time and also to be flexible in changing hours if the need arises. 3. To be flexible with any changes to daily room assignments, working with various age groups, and teaching staff according to daily operational needs. 4. To monitor and supervise children at all times indoors and outdoors. 5. To maintain head count sheets and daily attendance for safety reasons. 6. To establish proper and professional communication with other staff members and parents. 7. To maintain proper age appropriate interaction with children at all times. 8. To maintain a professional relationship with all volunteers. 9. To be in compliance with Tzu Chi dress code policy. 10. It is mandatory to attend all Tzu Chi meetings and trainings consistently. 11. To be responsible for the classroom decoration and setting for a better learning environment. 12. To have full responsibility of working with English Teacher as a team. 13. To follow all licensing procedures in the classroom. 14. To be aware of the health and safety guidelines in the classroom. 15. To maintain confidentiality of the information regarding the children. 16. To keep accurate information regarding the progress of the children. 17. To work with the Preschool Director as needed. 18. To perform any and all other duties as assigned. 19. CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. 20. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail is a must. 21. Knowledgeable of state nutritional requirements for children. 22. Maintains effective, safe storage for food, cooking and serving supplies, equipment and utensils, and cleaning supplies in accordance with state and/or local regulation. 23. Follows all California and local regulatory health, safety and hygiene procedures. 24. Supervise preschool students during nap time. 25. Adheres to child food allergy requirements. 26.
