Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early literacy, math, physical activity, and social skills. Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Manage daily classroom routines, including circle time, play activities, snack times, and rest periods. Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of child development and attendance. Requirements Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is a plus not mandatory. Freshers are very welcome to apply. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management strategies. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in child welfare is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children. Familiarity with preschool teaching. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00
