Skills Extensive experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of child development principles, childhood education best practices, and curriculum development methodologies such as Montessori or other educational philosophies. Proficiency in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and active engagement among young learners.
