The Position Guide, support, train, and optimize performance of a team of 10+ Offer support to programming, fabrication, set ups, and production Work hand-in-hand with production team to solve technical issues to push processes forward What You'll do Oversee team of CNC operators and machinists on milling, turning, etc. CNC equipment using Mastercam and Featurecam software Interpret technical drawings, schematic, and product specs including GD&T Act as a support function to the entire team for aspects of the jobs Document processes, machine setups, and programs. Experience Needed CNC and Conventional machining operations and set-ups. Acting as team leader in a machine shop environment. Strong skills in reading technical drawings and knowledge of
GD&T. CAM
