Zion Christian Preschool & Kindergarten is seeking warm, nurturing, dependable, and experienced Lead Teachers for our two new infant classrooms. We are looking for someone who views caring for infants not simply as a job, but as a ministry and calling. At Zion, we believe the earliest years of life matter deeply. Position Details:

Full-Time, Year-Round Monday-Friday 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range:

Qualifications:

Must love working with infants and toddlers Must demonstrate a strong Christian faith and values consistent with our school mission Minimum 12 units in Early Childhood Education required, including one completed college course in Infant/Toddler Development/Care Experience in infant care strongly preferred Must be dependable, nurturing, patient, and team-oriented Strong communication skills and professionalism required

Responsibilities Include:

Providing responsive, loving care for infants Creating a calm, safe, engaging classroom environment Building strong relationships with families Following licensing regulations and health/safety procedures Collaborating positively with co-teachers and administration Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through developmentally appropriate practices
