Position Overview :

As a Playground Associate, you'll be the face of our facility—welcoming guests, maintaining a clean and organized space, and ensuring a safe play environment. You'll play a key role in making sure every family leaves with a smile. Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): Greeting and checking in guests at the front desk Supervising children during play to ensure safety and fun Cleaning and sanitizing play areas, restrooms, and common areas regularly Restocking and maintaining the snack bar Providing excellent customer service to parents and caregiversAssisting with birthday parties and special events as needed

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old (with work permit if still in school) Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with children and parents Responsible and dependable with strong attention to cleanliness and safety Previous experience in childcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
