Ideally, we would like someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities:
Foster a warm, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Collaborate with team members to support classroom goals and program objectives Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 early childhood education units , including: 1. Child Development 2. Child Family & Community 3. One curriculum course 4. One early childhood elective Associate's degree or certificate in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
