About Kids World Kids World is a warm, family-oriented licensed daycare located in the Woodbridge area of Irvine. For over 12 years, we have been providing a safe, loving and enriching environment for young children. Our program is inspired by a European and Reggio Emilia approach, with a strong focus on learning through play, creativity, outdoor experiences, music, art and movement. We care for children approximately 15 months to 4 years old in a small-group setting with a caring and professional team. The Role We are looking for a reliable, caring and energetic Childcare Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a warm, creative and professional early childhood environment. A formal early childhood education degree is not required for this assistant position. Previous childcare experience is preferred, but motivated and responsible candidates who are eager to learn are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care and supervision throughout the day Assist with meals, snacks, diapering and daily routines Support children's social, emotional and developmental growth Participate in arts and crafts, music, storytelling and imaginative play Encourage children to explore, play and develop independence Participate in outdoor play and movement activities Assist with nap time and daily transitions Help maintain a clean, safe and organized environment Work cooperatively with our teaching team Communicate respectfully and professionally with families Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Genuine love and patience for young children Reliable, punctual and responsible Positive, caring and energetic personality Ability to work well as part of a team Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Willingness to complete required childcare training Ability to pass required FBI/DOJ background clearance TB test and required health documentation Our Program At Kids World, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved and free to explore.

Schedule Full-Time:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Part-Time:
