We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Teacher (Preschool/KG) to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote faith based, holistic child development Lead classroom activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking across subjects including English and Arabic literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring a safe, organized, and inclusive environment conducive to learning for toddlers and preschoolers Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones in a clear and empathetic manner Supervise and mentor teaching assistants and support staff to maintain high-quality instructional delivery and classroom management Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and tailor instruction to meet individual needs Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws, child welfare policies, health & safety regulations such as first aid and CPR certifications, and early intervention protocols Skills Extensive experience working with teaching or homeschooling experience of young children in preschool or kindergarten settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles, including but not limited to Montessori and Waldorf learning pedagogies Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards including literacy education, math skills, physical education, and behavior management strategies Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively with while fostering positive behavior through classroom management techniques with patience, in a loving and nurturing environment Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community stakeholders Knowledge of special education needs, early intervention strategies, and inclusive teaching practices Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate hands-on activities, nurturing character alongside academics utilizing age-appropriate learning tools Certification in first aid and CPR; familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare; experience in child safety protocols Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, documentation, parent communication, and maintaining detailed records of student progress Join us as a Lead Teacher (Preschool/KG) where your dedication will ignite a lifelong love of learning in young minds!
