Our proprietary Life Essentials curriculum is designed to prepare children for school while fostering a lifelong love of learning. Summary As a Preschool Teacher at Kiddie Academy, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children. This position is essential in implementing our Life Essentials curriculum and creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes the growth and development of each child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the Life Essentials curriculum. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. (or qualifying units) Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
