Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Martinez KinderCare center. In this role, you'll nurture young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, implement KinderCare's curriculum, and build strong partnerships with families. Working in a collaborative team environment, you'll contribute to a culture focused on diversity, continuous learning, and professional growth while making a meaningful impact on every child's early learning journey. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Support classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Collaborate with center staff to implement Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
