The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, particularly in a daycare or private school setting. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, behavior management, and providing care for toddlers, including those with special needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children. Provide attentive care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with disabilities and autism. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns. Create a structured daily schedule that includes educational activities, playtime, and rest periods. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred. Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for working with children with disabilities or autism. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering a supportive learning environment. A genuine passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or related fields are a plus.
