KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Milpitas KinderCare center to inspire and nurture young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain positive, trusting relationships with families. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, uphold health and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training, with opportunities to grow your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood best practices. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior. Observe and document children's development and progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's experiences and milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and classroom consistency. Follow licensing regulations, health, and safety policies. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Support inclusion and meet diverse learning and cultural needs. Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest time, and transitions.
