Ready to take the next step in your early childhood education career? We're looking for a caring, organized, and enthusiastic Assistant Director to help lead our center and create a welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers. What You'll Do Support the Director with daily center operations and staff scheduling. Encourage and support teachers in creating engaging, nurturing classrooms. Build positive relationships with children and families. Assist with enrollment, records, and family communication. Help maintain a safe environment and support licensing compliance. Step into classrooms when needed and lead by example. What We're Looking For At least 12 completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) units. Completed ECE administration coursework. Previous experience in a child care or preschool setting. Basic familiarity with Title 22 child care licensing requirements and a willingness to learn. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A dependable, positive attitude and a genuine love of working with children. Lead teacher or supervisory experience is a plus.
