Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kids Club Associate to provide engaging and safe care for elementary school-age children. In this role, you will supervise children during various activities, ensure their safety through first aid and CPR when necessary, and communicate effectively with parents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and creating a positive environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Responsibilities Supervise elementary school-age children during scheduled activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Lead engaging activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills. Provide immediate first aid and CPR in case of emergencies, following established safety protocols. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's activities, progress, and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to children's learning and play. Follow all safety guidelines and policies to create a secure environment for children and staff. Qualifications Prior experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or recreational setting. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to supervise children responsibly while fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere. Reliable, attentive, and committed to providing quality care for children.
