Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Oceanside KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and academic skills, and communicate regularly with families about their child's progress. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll receive training, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning every day. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum and center events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
