•We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Childcare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children aged 6wekks to 5 years, helping them build foundational skills through engaging activities and lessons. Infant Teachers will care for ages 6weeks-18 months. Toddler Teachers will care for ages 18 month-2.5 years old. Preschool Teachers will care for ages 2.5year-5years old. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate social-emotional plans that promote learning in various subjects, including discovery, exploration and learning while creating their identity. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster strong relationships and support each child's journey. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed. Provide early intervention support for children who may need additional assistance in their development. Organize and participate in classroom activities that promote social skills, emotional development, and physical coordination. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning. Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including gaining the understanding of each individual child and family. Experience or training in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable. Ability to educate children on foundational concepts of Creativity, Social Emotional skills and other subjects through hands-on activities.
