• Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently perform repairs and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians, sharing best practices and fostering an environment of continuous learning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all workplace safety regulations
• Stay current with new automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous professional development.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or lead role
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Certification from a recognized automotive institution or manufacturer is highly desirable (e.g., ASE certification)
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
