The ideal candidate will have experience working with toddlers and a strong understanding of early childhood development. We are looking for someone who can create a safe, nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom where young children can learn and thrive. Required Qualifications Minimum of 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units Must have completed Infant/Toddler coursework Live Scan fingerprint clearance required Previous experience working with toddlers Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred Skills We Are Looking For Strong classroom management skills Excellent lesson planning and curriculum implementation skills Ability to confidently manage and supervise a classroom of toddlers Ability to plan creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities Patient, nurturing, energetic, and attentive to children's individual needs Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, responsible, and professional Ability to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming classroom Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with co-teachers and other staff Ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships with families A genuine passion for working with toddlers and supporting their growth and development Responsibilities The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing, positive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment . Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily lessons and activities, maintaining classroom routines, effectively managing toddler behaviors and transitions, supervising children at all times, and supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. The teacher will also work closely with co-teachers and other staff members to maintain consistency within the classroom and provide the highest quality of care and education. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and understands the patience, consistency, energy, and compassion needed to help young children succeed.
