Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our El Sobrante learning center. In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children can explore, grow, and thrive. You will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and early academic skills, and ensure constant supervision and safety. Teachers build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, follow state licensing and KinderCare standards, and have opportunities for professional development and career growth. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special events. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Follow Kinder Care and state licensing policies and procedures.
