Responsibilities Assist the Center Director in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the center. Lead curriculum development efforts aligned with early childhood education best practices and regulatory requirements. Supervise and support teaching staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development facilitation. Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources, and ensure fiscal responsibility in line with organizational goals. Coordinate compliance with legal regulations related to childhood education, special education law, and safety standards. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality and community engagement. Lead fundraising efforts to support center programs, facilities improvements, and scholarship opportunities for families. Facilitate effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders through public speaking and community outreach. Ensure adherence to educational policies, personnel management protocols, and school administrative procedures. Support faculty evaluation processes and instructional leadership to maintain high-quality teaching standards. Skills Extensive experience in school administration with a focus on early childhood or K-12 education settings. Strong background in curriculum development tailored for young children's developmental stages. Proven management skills including supervising staff, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and personnel management in education. Knowledge of educational compliance regulations, including childhood development standards and special education law. Expertise in strategic planning, fundraising strategies, and educational program enhancement. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team leadership, faculty evaluation, and instructional leadership in education environments. Skilled in facilitating professional development sessions for school staff and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Effective public speaking skills to represent the center at community events or stakeholder meetings. Classroom experience working directly with children across diverse backgrounds within early childhood or school settings.
