The focus of our program is to provide a life-long love of learning. Due to our growing enrollment, we are in need of highly qualified childhood educators who are able to use their creativity and the Goddard Developmental Guidelines as the basis for unique lesson plans, brought to life in a fun and imaginative way. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
All teachers work together and conduct the following: ~ Implementing lesson plans ~ Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom ~ Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills ~ Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow faculty ~ Meeting Goddard Quality Assurance and California state requirements ~ Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Teacher Qualifications
  • Prior classroom experience (Infant, Toddler or Preschool)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  • Strong written and communication skills
