Summary:
We are seeking a caring, patient, and energetic Preschool Aide to support our lead teachers and help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children. The ideal candidate enjoys working with preschool-aged children and is committed to fostering their social, emotional, and early academic growth. State Qualifications (Required) : 12 Units in Early Childhood Education Child/Human Growth and Development Child, Family, and Community Program/Curriculum Other (infant, school-aged, etc.) 6 months of experience at a licensed preschool 3 units in an administrative or staff relations course Physical and TB tests Certified in Child CPR training (renewed every two years) Verification of immunizations

Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, routines, and lesson implementation. Support children during playtime, group activities, and learning centers. Help prepare and organize classroom materials and supplies. Supervise children to ensure a safe and positive environment. Assist with snack time, clean-up, and restroom routines as needed. Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and social skills. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom. Observe and report any concerns regarding children's behavior, health, or development to the lead teacher. Communicate effectively and positively with children, staff, and families.
