Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a fun-loving, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children and brings enthusiasm to the classroom every day. If you enjoy hands-on play, foster a positive and inclusive team environment, and want to help build a strong foundation of faith and learning for young minds, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Create a joyful, play-based learning environment that encourages curiosity and social-emotional growth. Integrate faith-based values and gentle guidance into daily routines and play activities. Collaborate closely with co-teachers and staff to plan creative activities and maintain a supportive team culture. Engage actively with children through play, games, outdoor exploration, and creative projects. Communicate warmly and effectively with parents about their child's day and development. Participate in staff meetings, scheduled in-service days, and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. Strong team-player mindset with a warm, positive, and flexible attitude. Experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred). Coursework or units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) as required by state regulations. Alignment with our faith-based mission and play-based learning philosophy.
