About This Role Temecula Montessori Academy is looking for a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with babies, is patient and attentive, and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive school community. Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care for infants throughout the day Change diapers and assist with basic hygiene needs Prepare and feed bottles, meals, and snacks according to each child's schedule Put infants down for naps and monitor them during sleep Hold, comfort, and soothe infants as needed Supervise infants closely and ensure their safety at all times Engage infants in age-appropriate activities, tummy time, reading, music, and play Clean and sanitize bottles, toys, cribs, changing areas, and classroom materials Record daily feedings, diaper changes, naps, and activities Communicate with parents about their child's daily care and needs Work with co-teachers to keep the classroom clean, organized, and running smoothly Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO)

Must be at least 18 years of age High school or equivalent (Preferred) at least 6 ECE units and currently enrolled Livescan fingerprint clearance Criminal record & TB clearance Ability to work in a multicultural environment Must be warm, nurturing, and sensitive to the feelings of the children as well as others Able to relate well with children/parents and all staff members Having infant and toddler units is preferred.
