It's a medium for building character, community, and confidence. Our youth programs work with kids ages 6 to 12, using the climbing wall as a tool for whole child development. We're a tight-knit community rooted in authenticity, and everything we do is guided by a deep care for each child's growth as a whole person. The Role We're looking for a Child Development Specialist to help lead our recreational and Foundations youth programs. This isn't a technical climbing position. It's a people and leadership position. We're looking for someone who understands how children grow and learn, who can shape the experience kids have with us, and who wants to take real ownership of a piece of the program. If you've worked in schools, recreation, camps, or any youth-facing environment and you're ready to step into a lead role, we want to hear from you. Climbing experience is a plus, but experience with kids and a passion for youth development matter far more to us. What You'll Do Lead youth climbing sessions for children ages 6 to 12 in a safe, supportive, and fun environment Take ownership of a defined piece of our Foundations programming Help shape curriculum and session structure alongside our coaching team Support and mentor other coaches as the program grows Build genuine relationships with kids and families and foster community within the program
