Your Role:
Create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where every child feels they belong. Implement our MAE curriculum, fostering intellectual and social-emotional growth through hands-on learning. Partner with parents through MAE Connects events to ensure our families are part of the learning journey. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space. What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Units:
Must have 12+ ECE units, specifically including: Child Growth & Development , Child/Family/Community , and Program/Curriculum .
Experience:
6+ months in a licensed childcare center or similar setting is highly preferred.
Certifications:
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), up-to-date Mandated Reporter training, and health records.
Bonus points:
16 hours of health and safety training.
