We're looking for an outgoing, guest-obsessed Bartender who knows how to make great drinks, hold great conversations, and make every guest feel like a regular. What You'll Do Greet guests and take orders at the bar with genuine hospitality Craft cocktails and beverages to spec — every time, every guest Promote The Stand App and rewards program to keep guests coming back Know the menu inside and out — food, drinks, specials, and promotions Check IDs and ensure all alcohol service follows legal requirements Wash and sterilize glassware and prep garnishes Manage bar inventory and keep the bar stocked and organized Handle cash and register transactions accurately Keep the bar and restaurant clean and sanitary throughout your shift Exemplify The Stand's mission: Ethics
