We are looking for a warm, dependable, positive teacher who genuinely enjoys working with children. This position will begin as a Floater Teacher between our preschool and infant classrooms , providing classroom support, breaks, coverage, and helping maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 6 completed ECE units At least 3 must be Infant/Toddler units Willing to continue ECE coursework Preschool and/or infant experience preferred Must meet required licensing, background, health, and training requirements Responsibilities Support preschool and infant classrooms as needed Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities Assist with meals, toileting, diapering, feeding, rest time, and transitions Provide warm, responsive care and positive guidance Help maintain clean, safe, organized classrooms Follow safe-sleep, sanitation, and Title 22 requirements Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and administration Why Discovery Depot Supportive leadership Curriculum and classroom resources Professional-development support Positive, family-like work environment Employee child-care discount may be available Opportunities to grow within the program Discovery Depot is a ministry of Guidestone Church.
