Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing, health, and safety regulations. Recruit, develop, coach, and support teaching staff. Conduct classroom observations and support curriculum implementation. Build strong relationships with families and serve as a school ambassador. Assist with enrollment, tours, and community outreach efforts.
