Position Summary The Early Childhood Substitute supports Preschool and Toddler classrooms when regular teaching staff is absent. This position helps maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment by assisting with daily routines, classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, and child guidance. Substitutes may also serve as classroom Floats and provide support wherever needed to ensure continuity of care for children and smooth daily program operations. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with young children, is flexible, dependable, and wants to make a meaningful difference in an early childhood setting.
