• Duties This is a general posting for future opportunities, including but not limited to: Toddler Lead Montessori Teacher Roles and responsibilities will align with Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations and individual qualifications.

Minimum Required Duties (All Roles) Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of children at all times Follow Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations, school policies, and procedures Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct Communicate respectfully with children, families, and team members Support a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development Model kindness, integrity, and collaboration within the school community

• Requirements Minimum State Requirements for All Staff Ability to pass background checks required by the State of Colorado Willingness to complete required health, safety, and licensing trainings CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) TMS Requirements
