Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education program. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your enthusiasm for early childhood development will help foster curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth in each child. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for toddlers Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful space Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address individual needs or concerns Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and daily activities in compliance with licensing standards Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles specific to toddlers Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning for early learners Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to implement behavior management strategies that promote positive social interaction Experience working with children in daycare or preschool setting Excellent classroom experience with toddler care routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and safety protocols Join us as a Toddler Teacher to shape the foundational years of young children's lives!
