Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our before and after school programs. As a childcare provider, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for young children, fostering their growth and development. Your responsibility will be to provide high-quality care to children from ages 5- 12.

6:15am- 8:30/8:50am (Mon

After School Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive educational activities and games that cater to the children's interests and abilities.
- Establish and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children to play, learn, and thrive.
- Provide individualized attention and support to children, adapting your approach to meet their diverse needs and personalities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and harmonious operation, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles.
- Ability to maintain classroom management and ensure children's safety and well-being.
- Strong caregiving skills and the ability to provide individualized attention to children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional childcare experience or related field preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required (can provide training).
