Multiple Childcare Positions We are growing and looking for passionate early childhood professionals to join our team! We are currently hiring for the following positions: Lead Toddler Teacher Lead Float Teacher If you are caring, dependable, energetic, and love helping children learn through play and connection, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care to children across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups while ensuring safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early learning, creativity, social-emotional growth, and development Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment Use positive behavior guidance and classroom management strategies Communicate effectively with families regarding child progress, milestones, and daily updates Assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, nap routines, and hygiene needs while following licensing and safety standards Support children with special needs or developmental differences through individualized care and activity modifications Collaborate with teachers and leadership to build a positive, team-focused culture Qualifications Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred Strong classroom management and positive behavior guidance skills CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively engage in play throughout the day Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for creating a safe, loving, and enriching learning environment Why Join Our Team?
