Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula, promote positive behavior, and support the holistic growth of children. Your role is vital in creating a safe, inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and thrive through innovative teaching strategies and collaborative teamwork. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development, literacy education, math, physical education, and library services. Implement assessment-driven instruction by conducting regular student assessments and analyzing performance data to inform educational interventions. Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive learning environment through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques. Engage with students individually and in groups to provide instruction that promotes overall well-being. Maintain compliance with educational regulations while fostering open communication with parents and guardians about student progress and developmental milestones. Requirements Proven experience teaching young children within preschool or early childhood settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and behavior management strategies. Demonstrated abilityto use curriculum that incorporates literacy, math, physical education, library services, and instructional design. Familiarity with assessment tools for student performance data analysis and quantitative evaluation of progress. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulations relevant to early childhood programs. Ability to manage conflict constructively while maintaining a nurturing classroom environment.
