What You'll Do:

As a Teacher with KinderCare, you'll: Create a warm, welcoming classroom where infants and toddlers feel safe to explore and grow. Bring learning to life using our curriculum and your own creativity. Build relationships with children, families, and teammates that make every day meaningful. Celebrate milestones and support each child's unique journey.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for working with children ages 0-5 Great customer service skills—you care about people and it shows Strong relationship-building skills with families, kids, and coworkers A desire to grow your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment

Qualifications:

Candidates must be at least 18 years old , pass a background check , and meet ONE of the following requirements: Hold a current Colorado Level 1 Credential (Version 2.0) OR Have completed 2-3 semester-hour college courses , with at least one course in Introduction to ECE, Guidance Strategies, or Pyramid Plus Training , AND have 3,640 hours of verified experience caring for and supervising 4 or more children under age 6 who are not related to you.
