Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Full-time Lead Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curriculum, and nurture the developmental needs of young children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire a love of learning while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for preschoolers. Duties Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Support child development through tailored instruction in childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or behavior. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of student progress and incidents. Supervise classroom activities, including toddler care and preschool teaching routines, ensuring safety and engagement at all times. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a preschool setting, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Must have or be willing to to obtain a CPR/First Aid Certificate. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Hold a current Early Childhood Professional Credential Level 2 or higher. Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
