This is an exciting leadership opportunity to help oversee the After School Kindness, Inc. program at Loveland Classical Academy. As Co-Director, you'll help lead a quality after-school program serving approximately Kindergarten through 6th grade children , build meaningful relationships with children and families, and create a fun, structured, engaging environment each afternoon. $18-$22/hour, depending on qualifications About After School Kindness After School Kindness, Inc. provides licensed after-school care for charter and private schools throughout Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. Our programs combine academic support, enrichment, creativity, structure, and kindness while providing children with a safe and engaging place to spend their afternoons. Our goal is to create consistency for children by providing a dependable daily routine and a positive environment they can look forward to. What You'll Do As Assistant-Director, you'll help manage the daily operations of your site alongside two other childcare Directors (site of 3) / 1 employee for every 10 students to ensure quality assurance.

Responsibilities include:

Creating a structured and consistent daily routine Promoting kindness, respect, cooperation, and positive behavior Creating fun arts and crafts for the kids (with the supplies on site) Play games with the children Help make sure most if not all homework is completed.
