Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, both indoors and outdoors. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom. Follow all state licensing regulations and Surreybrook School policies. Qualifications Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred. A genuine love for working with young children. A passion for nature-based education and outdoor learning. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, patient, flexible, and enthusiastic.
