Job Description
Job Overview Do you love working with kids and making each day fun and meaningful? We're looking for an energetic and caring teacher to join our Bunny Village family. In this role, you'll help little ones grow, explore, and discover the world through play, learning activities, and lots of creativity. You don't need decades of experience — just a passion for kids, a positive attitude, and a team-player spirit. Every day, you'll be part of creating a safe, nurturing space where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Duties Make the classroom a fun and welcoming space where kids can explore, create, and learn every day. Encourage kindness and teamwork while guiding positive behavior in the group. Build connections with families by keeping them in the loop on their child's growth and milestones. Keep the classroom safe and organized so everyone can focus on learning and play. Keep growing your skills by learning new tips and best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Experience with kids — whether through babysitting, camps, daycare, or teaching. Bonus points if you know Montessori or other fun teaching styles (not required, we'll show you the ropes!). Great communication skills to connect with children, families, and teammates. A creative mindset to help make learning hands-on and engaging for all types of learners. An inclusive spirit — we celebrate every child and want you to help us do the same. Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid training within your first 3-6 months (we'll help point you in the right direction!) so you can keep our little ones safe.
