We're looking for a caring, energetic Teacher to join our team and help our littlest learners explore the world around them. What You'll Do Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants. Implement our fun, hands-on L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support early learning and development. Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates, photos, and milestones. Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace. Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom. Ensure compliance with all Connecticut state licensing and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred). Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.
