We are currently seeking a Infant Lead Teacher to bring their love of children and past experience in early education to our amazing team of kind, nurturing and fun loving staff. We staff our schools with talented teachers who are enthusiastic about child development and learning. We encourage collaboration and communication throughout our school, and do our best to provide an outstanding work-life balance by supporting our staffs needs. Why should you join our team? Create a fun and safe learning environment. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and co-workers. Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress Maintain the health and safety of all students Requirements Must Have at least 1 year of experience in an infant room in a licensed child care facility. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be available for an 8 hour shift 5 days a week. Previous experience in childcare, teaching a plus Passionate about working with children Ability to build a rapport with children and parents Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience creating and carrying out curriculum
Nice To Haves Preferred:
