What You'll Do Develop and implement lesson plans that promote intellectual, physical, and creative growth in preschool students. Create a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Communicate effectively with parents on students' progress and growth. Ensure the health and safety of all students in your care. Requirements Must have AS or BA in ECE or CDA. Must have OEC head teacher certification. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be available for an 8 hour shift 5 days a week. Previous experience in childcare or teaching is a plus. Passionate about working with children. Able to build rapport with children and parents. Positive and patient demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating and carrying out curriculum.

Nice To Haves Preferred:
